About Justine Clark

Justine Clark is of counsel at Moses Singer. In the banking sector, she has advised various money centre and large foreign banks on structured finance, leasing, securitisation and aircraft financing. She advises banks and investors in connection with bank regulatory issues affecting the acquisition of substantial interests in bank holding companies and advises both banks and borrowers in connection with derivative transactions. In recent years, she has focused on the fintech sector, specifically regulatory technology (also known as “RegTech”), which brings together her knowledge in digital technology securitisation, structuring, regulatory matters and derivatives.
