About Liberty McAteer

Liberty McAteer is a partner in the Technology, Intellectual Property and AI & Data Law groups at Moses Singer. He combines his experience as a software developer, in-house counsel and law firm partner to advise clients on the opportunities and risks they face. This includes first-hand experience in the operational and commercial impacts of legal decisions on day-to-day business practices, ranging from sales strategy and revenue recognition to the software development life cycle. He is an honours graduate of Wesleyan University and Brooklyn Law School, which he attended on a full merit scholarship.
