About Cornelia Stengel

Cornelia Stengel specialises in financial market and data protection law, and is partner at Kellerhals Carrard. She has extensive experience in the legal analysis of new products, systems and technologies in the financial markets. Cornelia is visiting professor and head of the interdisciplinary #FinTank at FHNW, as well as lecturer at various universities. She is involved in working groups and associations such as Swiss Fintech Innovations (SFTI), economiesuisse and the Swiss Bankers Association and supports the federal administration as an expert in the further development of the regulatory framework for the Swiss financial centre.
