About Jean-Luc Chenaux

Jean-Luc Chenaux is a senior partner in the Lausanne office of Kellerhals Carrard and co-head of the firm’s sustainability and ESG desk. An expert in the field of corporate governance, he also practises in M&A, financing and restructuring, and in commercial litigation and arbitration. He is an associate Professor of business law at the University of Lausanne and co-director of the Master of Law & Economics programme, as well as vice-president of the Swiss Federal Takeover Board.
