About Jean-Luc Chenaux

Jean-Luc Chenaux is a senior partner at Kellerhals Carrard and co-leads the Sustainability & ESG Desk of the firm. A renowned expert in the field of corporate governance, he also practises in the area of M&A, financing and restructuring, as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. He is associate professor of business law at the University of Lausanne and co-director of the Master of Law & Economics programme, vice-president of the Swiss Federal Takeover Board, chairman of the board of a major insurance group, and co-chair of the editorial committee of the Swiss Journal of Business and Financial Market Law. He is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Vaud Bar Association and the Swiss Arbitration Association, among others.
