About Jean-Luc Chenaux

Jean-Luc Chenaux is a partner of Kellerhals Carrard and co-head of its Sustainability and ESG Desk. An expert in corporate governance, he also practises in M&A, financing and restructuring, as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. He is an honorary professor of business law at the University of Lausanne and former co-director of the Master of Law and Economics programme, vice-president of the Swiss Federal Takeover Board, and former co-chair of the editorial committee of the Swiss Journal of Business and Financial Market Law. He served as chairman of a major insurance group for many years. He is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, Vaud Bar Association, and Swiss Arbitration Association.
