Omar Abo Youssef
is a counsel in the white-collar crime, international legal assistance and compliance practice group, as well as in the litigation and arbitration practice group. He graduated from the University of Zurich (Juris Doctor and Master of Law) and Geneva (Certificate of Transnational Law) and is admitted to all Swiss courts. He lectures in criminal law and criminal procedural law at the University of Zurich. Omar specialises in complex criminal and regulatory matters, with a special focus on white-collar crime, the prevention of money laundering and international assistance in criminal matters. His practice extends to advising and representing clients in domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association and the Swiss Criminalistic Association.
