is a senior associate and head of the department of the self-regulatory organisation for the Swiss Leasing Association. She is a member of the audit and investigation body of the Swiss Insurance Association, the self-regulatory organisation, and a member of the Zürich and Swiss Bar Associations. She is experienced in the field of leasing and financing, with her main areas of practice including financial market supervision (non-banks and insurance companies), in particular in the field of combating money laundering, as well as white-collar crimes, general contract law, commercial law and company law. In 2007, Lea Ruckstuhl completed a Master of Laws degree at the University of Freiburg with the addition of European law (summa cum laude) and received the Frilex Prize for the best university degree.
