About Luca Stäuble

Luca Stäuble advises Swiss and foreign companies at Kellerhals Carrard on regulatory matters, with a focus on all aspects of Swiss and EU data protection law (FADP/EU GDPR) and the provision or deployment of AI applications. He has extensive experience in the legal design and implementation of digital business models, particularly in the financial industry. In addition to advising on regulatory issues, his work includes the negotiation of data protection-relevant contracts and documents such as cooperation agreements, service agreements (including DPAs), privacy notices, records of processing activities, internal policies, etc. He also specialises in Swiss and EU competition and antitrust law.
