About Martin Föhse

Martin Föhse is a partner at Kellerhals Carrard and practises in the area of constitutional and administrative law. He is a former head of legal services at the Swiss Federal Office of Energy and one of the leading energy lawyers in Switzerland. He represents clients in court and before regulatory agencies and is a sought-after expert witness and consultant, including on legislative matters. Since 2016, he has also taught at the University of St Gallen. He is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Bernese Bar Association, among others.
