About Nicolai Nuber

Nicolai Nuber is a start-up/venture capital and M&A attorney with over a decade of experience in these fields. He co-leads the Zurich start-up and VC desk of Kellerhals Carrard and supports founders and investors from technology and life sciences companies in all phases of their life cycle. He acts as a pragmatic sparring partner in corporate and contract law matters and has extensive M&A experience, advising buyers and sellers on local and cross-border deals. He is involved in the start-up scene as an expert at Innosuisse courses, via the Swiss Startup Association and in other formats, holding presentations and workshops.
