About Nicolai Nuber

Nicolai Nuber is an enthusiastic start-up/venture capital and M&A attorney who provides national and international clients with dedicated, goal-oriented, and high-quality advice. He co-leads the Zurich Startup and VC Desk of Kellerhals Carrard and supports founders and investors from technology and life sciences companies in all phases of their life cycle. He acts as a pragmatic sparring partner in corporate and contract law matters and has extensive M&A experience, advising buyers and sellers on local and cross-border deals. He is involved in the start-up scene as an expert at Innosuisse courses, via the Swiss Startup Association and in other formats, regularly holding presentations and workshops.
