About Herman Croux

Herman Croux is a partner at MVVP and is active in copyright and trade mark law, with a specific focus on industry sectors such as film and the arts. He is the past chair of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee of the International Bar Association and a board member of the Belgian Copyright Association (ALAI). Herman acted before the constitutional court regarding the protection of journalistic sources. Recent work includes obtaining the right to reply for a foreign businessman in a financial newspaper, advising a foreign media group on Belgian regulatory law, and litigation on preventive measures against press reporting on a politician.
