About Olivier Sasserath

Olivier Sasserath is a partner at MVVP and is active in the areas of IP and unfair trade practices, with a specific focus on the entertainment industries. Olivier has extensive experience in litigating matters before the Belgian courts and in assisting clients before European courts. He is the past chair of the Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Media and Telecommunications Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers. Recent work includes litigation related to damages incurred by a business in the aviation industry because of press reporting and litigation on preventive measures against press reporting on a politician.
