About Peter Marx

Peter Marx is a partner at MVVP and is active in copyright and trade mark law, with a specific focus on industry sectors such as media, entertainment and sports. He is a board member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers and is a regular speaker at their events. Peter is also a member of the Council for Journalism (Raad voor de Journalistiek). The Council for Journalism is an independent body for self-regulation of the Flemish press in Belgium. Recent work includes advising on the right to be forgotten in the case of a television documentary based on true events and litigation on preventive measures against an audiovisual broadcast.
