Maximilian Kröpfl is an attorney at law and joined Herbst Kinsky Rechtsanwälte GmbH in October 2023. He specialises and advises clients in the areas of data protection law, IT and technology, intellectual property and unfair competition. Before joining Herbst Kinsky, he worked for an Austrian telecommunications company, served as an accredited parliamentary assistant to a member of the European Parliament, and practised as an associate in renowned Vienna law firms.
