About Maximilian Kröpfl

Maximilian Kröpfl joined Herbst Kinsky Rechtsanwälte GmbH as an associate in October 2023. He specialises and advises clients in the areas of data protection law, IT and technology, intellectual property and unfair competition. Before joining Herbst Kinsky, he worked for an Austrian telecommunications company, served as accredited parliamentary assistant to a member of the European Parliament, and practised as an associate in two renowned Vienna law firms.
