Daniel Krauspenhaar
is a partner in the financial services, investment funds and alternative investments department at Luther’s Luxembourg office. He advises domestic, international and, in particular, German-speaking clients on investment fund-related matters. His advice ranges from the corporate and regulatory aspects of fund structuring and set-up to the distribution and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated vehicles. Daniel also has experience in handling financial transactions and regulatory banking matters.
