About Ina Schwanke
Ina Schwanke
is an associate in Luther’s environment, planning and regulatory (EPR) team, based in Dusseldorf. She joined the firm in 2025 after completing her state examinations with a focus on Public Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Economic Law. Ina advises industrial companies and trade associations on issues of public commercial law, with a particular focus on mining and environmental law. She is developing her expertise in mining law permitting and regulation, supporting clients in approval procedures, environmental impact assessments and related matters. Her practice also covers planning law, climate protection law and administrative law.
