About Pauline Müller
Pauline Müller
is a senior associate in Luther’s environment, planning and regulatory (EPR) team and is based in Dusseldorf. She advises companies and trade associations on mining, environmental and planning law, covering both traditional German raw materials (such as limestone and clay) and emerging resources (such as lithium). She supports clients throughout the entire project cycle – from feasibility assessments and permitting to stakeholder management and defending against (competitor) claims. Pauline also provides in-house training on mining law for operational teams and legal departments. Through her advisory work, Pauline is well acquainted with the practice of the competent mining authorities.
