is a partner and head of the Department “IP and Copyright Law". He provides legal advice on all issues regarding competition, trade mark, copyright, and IT law. He is especially dedicated to the implementation of strategies for sourcing and protection law (for example, in acquisitions, mergers, and sales) as well as the structuring of licence contracts, co-operative agreements, and IT project agreements. Additionally, he focuses on new media and data privacy protection. He frequently lectures and holds seminars in competition, trade mark, and IT law. He has also given IT assistance to a major German bank regarding IT outsourcing of account processing, and has participated in the development of a distribution network for a major European IT manufacturer.
