is an attorney-at-law, specialising in intellectual property law, particularly in trade marks, industrial designs, unfair competition and copyright. Her experience in trade mark and industrial design cases brought before the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the Polish Patent Office was gained in Warsaw law firms and during her traineeship in the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Justyna completed an LLM programme in International Business Law of the Católica Global School of Law in Lisbon, where she was the holder of a Bank Millennium BCP scholarship.
