Loh Wai Mooi
is one of the founding partners of Bih Li & Lee LLP and leads the firm’s family and private client practice. Wai Mooi has almost four decades of experience as an advocate and solicitor, and was one of the first lawyers to be appointed as a child representative by the Family Justice Courts. With her wealth of experience, she is well-placed to handle high conflict matrimonial and estate matters. She is also an accredited mediator who has served as mediator with the Family Justice Courts and on private engagements.
