About Miriam Galandová

Miriam Galandová a partner at the firm, specialises in dispute resolution, tax, corporate, infrastructure projects (PPP). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow (FCIArb), UK and a lecturer in "International Commercial Arbitration" and “International Tax Law” at the Comenius University in Bratislava. She is regularly acting as arbitrator as well as counsel in arbitration proceedings. She attended the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for Central and Eastern Europe and her PhD Thesis at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University, deals with the Limitations on the Use of Arbitration in Commercial Disputes. She has contributed to a number of industry publications.
