About C. J. Kim

C. J. Kim is a founding partner of Choi & Kim and one of the most renowned insurance lawyers in Korea. His excellence as a litigator has resulted in successful lawsuits involving issues such as BBB Policy and insurance in D&O, FIPI, and PAR. He served as the Chairman of the Korean Insurance Law Association, the sole academic institute specialised in insurance law, from 2014 to 2016, and earned his PhD in 2004. From 2017 to 2018, he served as the Chairman of the Sewol Ferry Investigation Commission, a testament to his competence and impartiality.
