About M.H. Lim

M.H. Lim joined Choi & Kim in 2022 as a junior associate, working primarily in the maritime and insurance law sectors. A member of the D.C. bar, she works closely with the firm’s Korean lawyers in drafting formal legal opinions on insurance law matters such as insurers’ duties and legal exceptions, policy interpretations, and subrogation issues as well as maritime law matters including charterparty disputes and cargo claims. Notable achievements include providing advice that led to settlements with prominent Korean conglomerates in relation to fire losses in chemical plants in Korea. She graduated from GW Law in 2021.
