About M H Lim

M H Lim graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2021 and was admitted to the Washington, DC Bar. In 2022, she joined Choi & Kim, where she assists in drafting formal legal opinions and providing in-depth analyses of various aspects of Korean insurance law, such as the insurers’ exemptions based on the insured’s wilful negligence, contractual construction for coverage, application of a Public Authorities Clause, the insured’s breach of a Claims Co-Operation Clause, and subrogation issues in matters involving professional negligence/indemnity, corporate liability, property damage and business interruption claims.
