About Sukhbir Kaur

Sukhbir Kaur qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Before joining Temple Legal Protection, Sukhbir worked in a serious injury team at a leading law practice managing multi-track claims involving injuries arising from road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and public liability incidents. In 2023, she joined the commercial team at Temple Legal Protection as an underwriter. Sukhbir underwrites insolvency and bankruptcy work, working closely with clients to ensure that all policies are tailored to suit the litigation strategy. Sukhbir’s work portfolio also includes underwriting policies in professional negligence matters, defamation and privacy cases and other contentious work.
