About Lea Ferzli

Lea Ferzli is a senior associate of Baroudi & Associates. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Joseph University (2009), and a Master’s Degree in Private International Law and International Trade Law from Saint Joseph University (2011). Lea is a member of the commercial and corporate department of the firm. She has considerable expertise in public and regulatory work, handling commercial disputes, notably in the corporate, M&A, transport, insurance and employment sectors. Lea has extensive experience in advising major corporations on various areas of Lebanese law. She joined the firm in 2011 as a junior associate and has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2009.
