About Nadine Allam

Nadine Allam is an associate of Baroudi & Associates. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, a degree in transnational commercial law from the European Business School, Wiesbaden, Germany, and a Master’s Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London. She is an active member of the corporate and litigation departments at Baroudi & Associates. Nadine assists clients in different areas of the law including corporate, arbitration, litigation, bankruptcy, insurance, maritime, aviation, agency, banking and finance, employment, and regulatory. She joined the firm in 2017 and has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2015.
