Joseph A Hynds
is a shareholder who has been practising for over 25 years and specialises in patent infringement litigation, having successfully litigated numerous cases across a range of venues, including US district courts, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission. He has particular expertise in Hatch-Waxman litigation. Mr Hynds regularly represents clients in inter partes review and covered business method proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, while he also has significant experience in patent interference matters before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and in the federal courts. He is a former patent examiner with the USPTO.
