About Timothy Lugayizi

Timothy Lugayizi is a senior associate with the litigation team at MMAKS Advocates, ALN Uganda. He is mainly involved in commercial litigation and has recently branched out into tax litigation. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Makerere University and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He is an Advocate of the High Court and a member of the Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society. Timothy is committed to advancing his litigation career and contributing to the growth of both the tax and landlord-tenant practice areas within the firm.
