About Eligiusz Krześniak

Eligiusz Krześniak is a distinguished sports lawyer and a professor of law and Chair of the Commercial Law Department at Lazarski University in Warsaw. He is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne and a Member of the Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal. He co-edited and co-authored Volume XXIV on Sports Law in the Great Encyclopaedia of Law. His authored works include “Commentary on the Polish Sports Law”, a monograph on “Sports Clubs and Sports Organizations”, and the sports law chapter in the International Encyclopaedia of Law, as well as numerous other books and articles. He is the managing partner of the firm’s Warsaw office.
