About Sorin Aungurenci

Sorin Aungurenci has been a partner at Biriș Goran since 2017, having joined the firm at its inception in 2006. He is also co-head of the real estate department. With over 16 years of experience, Sorin is a specialist in all aspects of real estate law, with a particular emphasis on zoning and related regulatory matters. He also has strong experience in construction law matters (including many FIDIC and other types of construction agreements) and specialises in title insurance matters and title due diligence investigations and acquisitions. In addition to real estate, Sorin has also studied antitrust in graduate school at the University of Amsterdam and has since been involved in antitrust compliance audits.
