About Gideon van Niekerk

Gideon van Niekerk is an associate at Eversheds Sutherland (Mauritius), admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2023 after completing his candidature at Niehaus McMahon from 2021 to 2023. He earned his LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and a Master’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Radboud in the Netherlands. Gideon specialises in drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documents while providing extensive support on regulatory, compliance, competition and mergers and acquisitions matters.
