Diane Gilhooley is global head of Eversheds Sutherland’s employment, labour and pensions practice, leading the group of over 450 employment, labour and pensions lawyers. Diane has over 30 years’ experience of handling high-profile cases and providing strategic employment advice on a national and international basis. Diane advises on contentious/non-contentious areas of employment law and governance. She has conducted complex and high-profile employment litigation claims, often around issues of equality, diversity and discrimination. Diane advises on organisational issues (including large-scale redundancy and restructuring programmes, industrial relations/trade union issues, mergers and collaborations, equality and diversity strategies), international collaborations and cross border issues.
