About Paul Fontes

Paul Fontes is head of Eversheds Sutherland’s employment group. Paul has considerable experience of conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court and regularly defends high-value and commercially sensitive claims on behalf of employers. He also advises on issues such as remuneration and incentive plans, investigations, business reorganisations and restructurings, executive appointments and terminations and the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and multi-jurisdictional projects. He has particular expertise in advising major PLCs and clients in the financial services sector on issues such as sensitive investigations, remuneration, restrictive covenants and team moves and high-value whistle-blowing and discrimination claims.
