About Yannick Fok

Yannick Fok is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland (Mauritius) with over 20 years of experience, having been admitted to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in 2001 and to the Mauritius Bar in 2002. He has a predominantly commercial and corporate advisory practice with a strong litigation background from his initial ten-year practice in an independent barristers’ chambers. He advises on trusts, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, M&A and financial services licensing. Yannick is a full member of STEP UK (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
