About Ignacio Temiño

Ignacio Temiño has a PhD in Law (2015) and a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid (1995), a degree in Business Law from the University of Linz (Austria), and a degree in Computer Law from UNED. He was admitted to the Madrid Bar in 1999. He is an official patent and trade mark attorney, and an authorised representative before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the EUIPO in Alicante. Ignacio was Adjunct Professor of Mercantile Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (2001-2005), and is currently a professor of Civil Law at the University of Comillas (ICADE). He has extensive experience in IP law and media and advertising law.
