About Rubén Canales

Rubén Canales obtained his law degree in 2007 at the University of Salamanca. He holds a degree in Copyright Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid. He is a member of the Madrid Bar, ALADDA (Literary and Artistic Association for the Defence of Copyright) and ENATIC (Digital Lawyers Association). Rubén joined the Entertainment Department of Abril Abogados in 2009, bringing his broad experience in advertising and marketing law. Rubén also collaborates with the IP Litigation Department, preparing written reports and complaints, and participates in the advertising, media and technology area, drafting legal reports on advertising and marketing.
