He has represented various Chinese and foreign investors in tender offer bids, asset deals, joint ventures, equity transactions and cross-border commercial litigations, as well as domestic and foreign issuer’s IPO application on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Arthur has authored several publications on financial law and cryptocurrency in Taiwan. He is admitted in Taiwan and holds a LLM degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a LLB degree from the National Taiwan University.
