He has represented various Chinese and foreign investors in tender offer bids, asset deals, joint ventures, equity transactions and cross-border commercial litigations, as well as domestic and foreign issuer’s IPO application on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Arthur has also led landmark renewable power projects, including project finance and mergers and acquisitions for offshore/onshore wind and solar farms. He is admitted in Taiwan and holds an LLM degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an LLB degree from the National Taiwan University.
