About Peter Chen

Peter Chen is counsel at LCS and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, arbitration, M&A, capital markets, project financing, and labour disputes. Notably, Peter has recently participated in several high-profile renewable energy projects, including major offshore/onshore wind power projects, fishery-solar co-existence power plants, and energy storage projects. He holds an LLM degree from The University of Chicago Law School and is licensed to practise law in Taiwan and New York State, USA. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA), and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
