About Orhan Yavuz Mavioglu

Orhan Yavuz Mavioglu has, since 2005, led ADMD Law Office as its founding managing partner, focusing on real estate, IT and telecoms. His expertise covers financial and corporate sectors, particularly in mergers, corporate governance, and tax planning. Renowned for his work in foreign investments and tax law, Mavioglu has a distinguished background with Altheimer & Gray, Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young. A graduate of Marmara University with an LLB, he has also studied at Columbia University. Mavioglu, who is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and a certified trade mark and patent agent, speaks both Turkish and English.
