About Bisera Andrijasevic

Bisera Andrijasevic is co-head of the competition practice at BDK Advokati and heads the firm’s life sciences and healthcare industry practice. She has extensive experience in competition law matters and advises clients on a full range of competition law and state aid topics. Bisera is a frequent contributor to BDK Advokati’s blog on competition law. She has LLM degrees from the University of Hamburg and the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and an MA from the University of Bologna. Bisera is a former member of the Working Group for the preparation of Montenegro’s accession to the EU and has been advising in that capacity on the harmonisation of Montenegrin competition legislation with the EU acquis.
