Doris provides legal advice to overseas and domestic clients, not only for project-type transactions but also for various consultation requests. She has advised in M&A deals to acquire a pharmacy chain, PIV drug company, medical device company and cosmetics company, and advised on the investment in a health product company and receptivity analysis company.
