About Doris Lu

Doris Lu is a partner at Chen & Lin and practises in the areas of M&A, investment, capital markets and fundraising, real estate and data centres, life sciences and data protection. Doris provides legal advice to overseas and domestic clients, not only for project-type transactions but also for various consultation requests. She has advised in M&A deals to acquire a chain-pharmacy company, PIV drug company, medical device company and cosmetics company, and advised on the investment in a health product company. She also provides long-term legal services to a multinational cosmetics group and has provided secondment services to a globally famous pharmaceutical company.
