He has built a practice in acquisitions, disposals, and capital markets transactions across various industry sectors, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations of publicly quoted and private companies, and he advises on corporate governance and general corporate law. Ken has extensive expertise in the financial services, aviation, gaming, technology, media and sports sectors. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. Ken is currently undertaking a PhD by researching Irish public company acquisition techniques, Trinity College Dublin.
