Vikas Goel
is a senior partner at Singhania & Partners with 25 years of practice and has appeared before the Supreme Court of India and various appellate tribunals and High Courts on several national/international arbitration and litigation matters. He is a well-known name in corporate litigation, infrastructure arbitration and contractual/commercial disputes. He is co-chair of TerraLex's White-collar Crime and Regulatory Investigations Practice Group. He has recently co-authored a book on white-collar crime in India published by Thomson Reuters.
