Her practice includes the full range of services required for registering trade marks, from prior strategic advice on the selection of trade mark and licences to representation in trade-mark conflicts. Claudia regularly advises clients on intellectual property issues in the course of the sale or spin-off of a business, working together with in-house experts from the firm's corporate/M&A practice group.
