About Andries Myburgh

Andries Myburgh is an executive in ENS’s tax practice, specialising in corporate and international corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, and tax dispute resolution. He advises companies across a range of industries on the tax implications of complex transactions, including corporate restructures, M&A transactions, private equity deals and financing arrangements. A substantial part of Andries’ practice focuses on the mining sector, where he advises on corporate tax, mining tax and mineral royalty matters. He assists clients with tax audits, objections, appeals and litigation. Before joining ENS in 2013, he was a tax partner at KPMG for 15 years, serving as head of corporate tax and head of energy and natural resources tax.
