About Ntebaleng Sekabate

Ntebaleng Sekabate is an executive in ENS’s tax department. She advises major corporates across sectors including infrastructure, mining, technology, private equity and energy, and the public sector. Her experience covers a wide range of corporate tax matters, including structuring and funding transactions, developing tax-efficient planning strategies, optimising capital and debt structures, and engaging with the South African Revenue Service, authorised dealers and the South African Reserve Bank. She regularly assists clients with tax disputes, drafting and lodging objections, appeals and related processes.
