About Mari Kimsås-Otterbech

Mari Kimsås-Otterbech is a partner at Ræder Bing and has extensive experience as a legal adviser, deputy judge and attorney. She advises Norwegian and international companies, municipalities, government entities, employer associations and employees on all aspects of labour law, including dispute resolution, conflict management, reorganisations, downsizing, hiring, termination and pension issues. Mari has particular expertise in the offshore and shipping industries, and was a board member of the Seamen's Pension Fund. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Bergen and an Executive Master of Management focused on HRM, organisational psychology and business strategy from BI Norwegian Business School.
