About David B. Ramsey

David B. Ramsey has focused his law practice on US franchise law for over a decade, based in New York City. He represents franchisors of all sizes across the United States and assists non-US franchisors to expand into the United States. David earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and the International Franchise Association. David’s many research articles on US franchise law are published in the Franchise Law Journal, McKinney’s Consolidated Laws of New York Annotated, and various other legal periodicals.
